PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR CERTIFICATION OF A CLASS

NOW COMES WILLIAM SMITH,by and through counsel, and pursuant to Rule 23(b)(3) moves this Honorable Court to certify this proceeding as a class action against defendants, Commercial Credit Loans, Inc. and American Finance, Inc.
